Kate Ethridge sheltered her senior horse Arthur in her home as severe weather moved through the area.
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Clarksville woman brought her horse inside her home during a storm Thursday night to protect him from strong winds and lightning.
Kate Ethridge said she did not have time to put Arthur, a senior horse, in the barn. Arthur stayed inside for about an hour while the storm moved through.
Ethridge said her son watched the wind pick up and rain fall. She said Arthur felt right at home.
Arthur walked through the kitchen looking for his food when it was dinner time, Ethridge said.
